Apartment #3 was my least favorite place to live. It was on the ground floor, close to a main road, and had a really funky layout….BUT moving here meant cutting $500 off monthly rent and meant that my commute to work was reduced to 4 minutes…location, location, location J
With such a short commute, I had a ton more time to work on DIY projects … I striped the kitchen walls, made bay window curtain rods for less than $10, converted a closet into office space…you get the idea.
So, without further ado- the standard 2br in the burbs.
